The goal of Envision Solutions is to provide intensive in-home services to youth’s ages 5-18 years of age who have returned or will return to care in the home, or to those who are in threat of being placed in residential services. Envision Solutions’ staff will provide a level of clinical support to youths and families, under the supervision of a Clinical based staff, including a Licensed Mental Health Professional, who will help develop and determine appropriate treatment plans to be implemented by a Qualified Mental Health Professional. All treatment goals will be drawn and implemented with the youth and family as the core of the services to be provided. 

Services are provided to:

  • Youth who are at-risk of removal from their home or foster care placement due to behavior problems in the home, school or community, and without intervention, may need to be placed in a more restrictive environment. 
  • Youth who are returning to the community from a more restrictive environment and need transition and stabilization services. 
  • Youth who are having difficulty in existing placements and require additional supportive services to remain in current placement. 
  • Youth who may present a risk to themselves or others and require additional; services in order to be maintained in the community.

Youth can have the following diagnosis in order to receive services but are not limited to these diagnoses as indicated in Axis I of the DSM – IV – TR:

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder/ Attention Deficit Disorder
  • Oppositional Defiant Disorder
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Post Traumatic Disorder
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Disruptive Behavior Disorder
  • Conduct Disorder
  • Autism
  • Depressive Disorder
  • Learning Disorders
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder

Envision Solutions accepts self-referrals and referrals from the individual child serving agencies (DSS, schools, Court Service Units, CSB, and the FAPT. Envision Solutions will accept children from age 5 to 18 years old who are in need of intensive in-home services and who are judged able to be served within their communities. We also accept self-referrals from adults with mental health diagnoses.
